The 10th OCC wheelchair challenge in George on 18 February 2012 will host entrants from seven countries, including Austria, Scotland, Ireland, Zimbabwe, South Africa and as far afield as Ghana and Nigeria.

Race director Esther Watson is thrilled with the wide geographic spread of participating countries, as well as the calibre and quantity of athletes. ‘We have a very prestigious line-up this year, and anticipate fierce competition for the first 10 places in the 42.2km Hand Cycle category, as well as many races-within-a-race for the rest of the field.

April has over the past couple of years in South Africa been synonymous with many public holidays and has historically caused many businesses to carry a fair amount of lost revenue due to this fact, we do appreciate the effort made by the business people to attend our April 2011 Business Breakfast to hear Fanie Roux of Roux & Roux Attorneys give them a broader insight into the so called "dreaded" new companies act that still has not come into effect.

Fanie Roux presented the information regarding the new companies act in very easy to understand terms and answered many questions from the business people present concerning the new act that will be replacing the old act entirely.

On 15 and 17 March 2011, Clickonit held very successful Business Networking Breakfasts for companies in Mossel Bay at the Riviera Hotel in Hartenbas as well companies in George at the Kalahari Theatre & Restaurant, with more than 80 attendees where ready to hear speaker Johan Rademan give an informative seminar concerning the new Consumer Protection Act that will come into effect on 1 April 2011.
